Welcome to NDIS Cleaning Care. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, participants, carers, support coordinators, and representatives engaging with our services.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services. NDIS Cleaning Care reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and any updates will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
1. About NDIS Cleaning Care
We are NDIS Cleaning Care, a registered NDIS service provider based in Sydney, Australia, providing professional cleaning, gardening, laundry, and home maintenance services. We are fully compliant with Australian law, NDIS standards, and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Our services are available to participants right across Sydney and New South Wales. We work to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
2. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” – refers to NDIS Cleaning Care.
- “You”, “Your”, “Participant” – refers to the individual, carer or representative using our services.
- “Services” – means all NDIS cleaning, gardening, laundry, and home maintenance services provided by NDIS Cleaning Care.
- “NDIS Plan” – means the funding and support structure approved under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
3. Acceptance of Terms
- By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
- Continued use of the services after the effective date of a revised version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
4. NDIS Service Agreement and Eligibility
- We provide our services under self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed plans to NDIS participants.
- All participants will have an active NDIS plan with funding for the relevant service types.
- A separate Service Agreement will be provided prior to commencement of the services, detailing the participant rights, obligations, and scope of service.
- Services are provided according to the participants’ goals and NDIS guidelines.
5. Booking and Scheduling
- Services can be booked through our website, email, or telephone.
- Required information for booking includes details of participants, address, service type, and NDIS plan information.
- Bookings are confirmed in writing, via email or message.
- Pre-notification of cancellations is required at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation may be subject to charges.
- All services are subject to rescheduling due to staff availability, weather conditions, or emergencies.
6. Pricing and Payments
- All service rates meet the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
- Prices are based on the type of service, the duration, and NDIS plan funding.
Billing process:
- Self-managed participants: invoice directly issued to participant.
- Plan-managed participants: invoice sent to plan manager.
- NDIA-managed participants: claims lodged through the NDIS portal.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is to be made within 7 days of invoicing.
- Non-payment may lead to a suspension of services.
- Where applicable, prices include GST.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations may attract a fee in accordance with NDIS policy.
- A refund is possible if services cannot be delivered due to NDIS Cleaning Care circumstances.
- Rebooking can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
8. Service Delivery and Responsibilities
Our Responsibilities
- Provide professional, safe, high-quality services.
- Ensure that staff are trained, police-checked, and insured.
- Provide cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed.
- Keep information confidential and respect privacy according to our Privacy Policy.
- Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure you provide accurate information about your property, access, and NDIS plan.
- Ensure safe access for staff at the scheduled time.
- Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special cleaning needs.
- Respect the staff and follow safety instructions.
9. Health and Safety
- Cleaning and gardening services comply with Work Health and Safety regulations.
- The responsibility for maintaining a safe environment is shared between participants and the staff.
- Participants are expected to notify staff of any health risks, allergies, or hazards before service.
- Incidents or accidents should be reported to NDIS Cleaning Care immediately.
10. Insurance and Liability
- NDIS Cleaning Care is fully insured, including Public Liability and Workers’ Compensation.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions, loss or damage from third-party or participant-supplied items, and indirect or consequential losses.
- Service-related damage needs to be reported within 24 hours.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.
- We only use personal information in delivering NDIS services and maintaining participant safety and compliance.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on the NDIS Cleaning Care website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by us.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.
- All intellectual property rights are protected by Australian copyright law.
13. Website Use and Disclaimer
- Website content is provided for informational purposes and to request services.
- We are not responsible for any errors, downtime, or external links.
- Information provided is general and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
- External links do not imply endorsement by NDIS Cleaning Care.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Complaints about services can be made through email and telephone.
- We will acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate thoroughly.

15. Termination of Services
- Services can be terminated by either party upon written notification.
- NDIS Cleaning Care may terminate services if unsafe conditions exist, non-payment occurs, or misconduct by participant or representative.
- Final invoices or balances are to be settled upon termination.
16. Modification of Terms and Conditions
- NDIS Cleaning Care reserves the right to revise these terms in response to legal requirements, changes in the NDIS, or operational needs.
- Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Any disputes will be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
